Dr. Yates does a graphically intense scalp removal on Bill and gives our good guy host hundreds of new hair grafts. You'll also see Bill at his various stages: the "Mummy look," the "Pharaoh look," etc. But Bill's working hard too. He's eating, sleeping, joking around, and watching the movie, "Gladiator," while the good doctor pokes his head with 1800 holes. Hmmm...that makes 1801 holes -- if you include the hole Bill had in his head to begin with!
