Second procedure in a NW IV patient in order to increase the density of the former bald area. We had a medium/good result 2 years ago, but we always can improve our work if we have a stable alopecia and donor site that allows it. Patient of 40 yo and treatment with only finasteride for a long time. Segundo procedimiento en un paciente con patron alopecico NW IV para aumentar la densidad general de la zona previamente restaurada. Conseguimos un resultado medio/bueno hace 2 años, pero siempre podemos nuestro trabajo si tenemos una alopecia estable y zona donante que lo permita.
